Erkebiskop Emmanuel Milingo, som pådro seg en automatisk ekskommunikasjon i 2006 etter at han ordinerte fire gifte menn til biskoper, har på nytt foretatt en ulovlig bispeordinasjon.
Erkebiskopen ordinerte nylig f. Daniel Kasomo til biskop i sin bevegelse "Married Priests Now" i Kenya. Biskop Martin Kivuva i Machakos, suspenderte f. Kasamo etter at han offentlig vedgikk farskap til flere barn.
